ERP Maestro has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies. This is a proud moment for all of us here at ERP Maestro, not just to join the likes of Microsoft, Facebook, Zappos, and other previous and current list makers, but also because it recognizes the incredible pool of talent behind ERP Maestro’s success and the amazing customers who have journeyed with us in our growth.
Aside from developing differentiating products that would keep companies safe and dramatically improve lives for those who monitor and manage access and security controls or complete required compliance audits, our goal was to build a culture we knew we needed to do the former and do it well. For us, that has meant not just finding the right people with high happiness quotients and good skills, but also seeking employees deeply devoted to doing good work to deliver the best value and satisfaction for the customers using our offerings.
That formula has been the foundation of our culture and the fuel for our exceptional growth, customer success and retention rate.
The people and culture behind ERP Maestro, however, are only part of the equation. The customers who had faith in us from our early start-up days and those who join us consistently as new clients are the other component of our success.
