How Our Core Values Led to Achieving Year-over-year Growth

ERP Maestro has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies (again)! In the same week, we also celebrated our place on the South Florida Business Journal’s Fast 50 list, recognizing south Florida’s fastest-growing private companies. This also comes after our placement on the list of Florida Trend’s 2019 Best Companies to Work For in Florida back in July.

We are thrilled about the recognition we’ve received for our growth and company culture over the past few years. Every person on our team is directly responsible for our accomplishments. From re-locating to a new office to rolling out a new solution, we all had a role to play in achieving these goals. What keeps us on track to keep growing, however, is not the glory or accolades, but the values ERP Maestro embraces. Here are a few that reflect the growth mindset:

For us, this means not only meeting expectations, but exceeding them. The “What more can I do?” attitude is prevalent here. Even when successful, employees try to top their past successes. With that type of attitude, growth is an extra benefit.

Always learning, always growing. That’s our motto and the mindset that fuels our innovation. We create a culture that values the free flow of ideas, which leads to better products and processes. Finding out how something works and can be applied to the business is key to sustaining growth. Intellectual curiously means new and creative ideas can flourish and keep the business evolving.

Proactive & Shows Initiative

Every employee has an entrepreneurial spirit that drives their work. They take ownership in the business. Employees don’t wait for direction or motivation to get started. They proceed with a goal in mind and take the actions needed to grow and improve the business. Oftentimes you’ll see this in our office when employees have lively discussions on what to do next on a project or when starting a new one.

These core values are nothing ground-shaking, but they are tried and true values that help drive both personal and company growth. We’ve seen firsthand that the more effort put into living the core values, the more you’ll get out of them, including year-over-year growth.
