February 2020 Release Notes
We’re here to inform our active user community of a handful of updates. You’ll see below updates that address both the Emergency Access Management email notifications and the ERP Maestro Agent.The February release is expected to occur on Wednesday, February 19th, 2020 for both the application and the agent.

Emergency Access Management Notifications
Updated Email Template
For those customers subscribed to Emergency Access Management, you will begin to see the updated email notifications. Below is an example of the ‘awaiting approval’ notification email:
Similar emails will be sent to notify users when emergency access has been provisioned and to notify when the reviewer report is ready for review. The sender for all emails will continue to be ERP Maestro (noreply@erpmaestro.com).

Additional features have been added for the ERP Maestro Support and Development teams to proactively troubleshoot.
