November 2019 Release Notes
The development team has been hard at work with a number of bug fixes and enhancements that our end user community have been requesting. As always, thank you for all the feedback and product suggestions. The November release occurs on Monday the 18th.
Also, the annual ERP Maestro SOC 2 Type 2 Report has been completed and is ready for distribution. Please download directly from the ERP Maestro application, or reach out to me to request a copy. The report covers the period from October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
Below are the features in the release.
Email Notification Reminders
With this release, there have been some changes made to the review email notification reminders. If a reviewer has completed their review to 100% completion, they will no longer receive reminder emails. This also means that the Access Reviewer administrators can now extend the review period without email reminders being resent to reviewers who no longer have any action items.
Improved Automated Provisioning Workflow
We’ve streamlined the automated provisioning workflow by removing the ‘Submit for Approval’ button step in the process. Now the request will automatically be routed to the manager or role approver.
Updated Email Templates
For those customers subscribed to Automated Provisioning, you will begin to see the updated email notifications. Below is an example of the ‘new account’ notification email.
Delegation Performance Improvement
When delegating review items in Automated Provisioning, approvers will notice improved performance.
Be on the lookout for our December release notes with more new features!
