Online Reporting and Dashboard Now Available!
If you’ve been following along, you’ll know that back in March we first made mention of the new Online Reporting & Dashboard capabilities headlining our next release…but we weren’t really able to elaborate on the details because we were still a bit early in the development process. We’re thrilled to announce that this feature is now officially available as of this past weekend! The truth is that any blog post won’t do it justice, though – which is why we will soon be doing a LIVE webinar to show it in action. Read on to learn more about this huge new feature release.
Let’s face it: SAP access risk analysis generates a lot of data and it can get complicated very quickly. The main goal of our new online reporting is to make all that data more accessible more quickly, and easier to interpret. This all facilitates quicker actioning and remediation of risks.
Here’s a quick rundown of benefits our online reporting provides:
- Dashboards: Dashboards that immediately communicate the current state of your SAP access and SoD risks from the perspective of Users and Roles.
- Change-Data Utilization Overlay: For the several Access Analyzer reports that incorporate actual utilization data, go a level deeper to see the actual changes made to SAP data during utilization. This further isolates Executed Risk and facilitates remediation even more by getting to the true source of risks.
- Summaries: Summaries of Roles and Users that help you to decide where to start when you need to perform a remediation.
- Detailed Information: Low level details, sometimes right down to the Authorization Level, beautifully presented with powerful sorting and filtering capabilities.
The new reports (shown below) are easier to understand, easier on the eyes, and easier to customize based on your needs. They’re also more interactive – each screen provides fully filterable, groupable and sortable data – and by simply clicking on each of the charts you’ll be directed to the nitty gritty details without spending hours sorting through spreadsheets.
