ERP Maestro’s Access Analyzer for SuccessFactors

The most vulnerable system in your organization is your ERP. Seventy-seven percent of worldwide transactions touch SAP’s ERP systems. However, most companies use many other systems to run their business, and those applications pose equal Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access risks.

When it comes to SAP, many modules reside outside of the core ERP as cloud applications. SAP’s SuccessFactors, is one such application, and one that:

  • houses sensitive, personal employee information, including social security numbers, contact information, benefits and pension plan data;
  • processes payroll, making it vulnerable to payroll fraud; and
  • stores succession plans and performance information

Immense damage and costs could ensue if the system data were accessed and breached by an employee – and that happens more often than most companies realize.

  • "The fact that ERP Maestro has multiple clients audited by the Big 4 gave us comfort that their rulebook is following best practices.
